Kickboxing for Kids

We offer a high energy program for children to be active. In a world where children have an endless option of ways to spend their time, we aim to be one of their top choices. We use the skills of kickboxing to keep students challenged and help them learn lessons that effects their life both

inside and outside the gym.

AN INTRODUCTION
TO KIDS KICKBOXING

Kids kickboxing classes are perfect for students all across our community. Starting at age 5, we tailor our training to meet the needs of all experience levels. From day one, we challenge students with exercises, problem solving drills, and introduce them to valuable life skills.

 

Kickboxing is a fun and exciting sport that stimulates confidence and determination. Learning combat sports at a young age instills in young minds the willings to challenge oneself while setting goals for a disciplined lifestyle.

SKILLS

Students will acquire life skills during every class. With the focus on what it truly means to be champion, students will learn self-defense skills, proper kickboxing technique, and team-building skills. Our goal is to help keep our community’s youth healthy while building their confidence and self-esteem.
